The classification of refractory products is generally divided into standard type, general type, special type, special type, etc. according to the current national standards:

(1) Standard type. Normally, straight bricks with dimensions of 230mm X 114mm X 65mm are called standard bricks.

(2) General type. Satisfaction conditions: weight 2-5kg; thickness dimension 55-75mm; no more than 4 measuring scales; size-to-size ratio no more than 4; without recessed corners (including arc-shaped recessed corners), grooves, tongues, holes, Refractory products with holes or arcs are general products.

(3) Abnormal

A. Clay and high-aluminum shaped products. Where the ratio of the external dimensions is within the range of 1:6, and has no more than 2 concave angles (including arc-shaped concave angles), or has an acute angle of 50°~75°, or has no more than 4 Grooves, clay bricks with a weight of 2~15㎏ and high-alumina products with a weight of 2~18㎏, are all called special-shaped products.

B. Silicone special-shaped products. Where the ratio of the external dimensions is within the range of 1:5, it has no more than 1 concave angle (including the arc-shaped concave angle), or has an acute angle of 50°~75°, or has no more than 2 grooves Tanks, siliceous products with a weight of 2~12㎏, are all called siliceous special-shaped products.

C. Special-shaped products of magnesia or magnesia-aluminum. All products that are not included in this series of general-purpose products are classified as special-shaped products.

(4) Special type

A. Special products made of clay and high alumina. Where the ratio of the external dimensions is within the range of 1:8, and has no more than 4 concave angles (including arc-shaped concave angles), or has an acute angle of 50°~30°, or has no more than 8 Grooves, or not more than one hole, clay products with a weight of 1.5 to 30 kg and high aluminum products with a weight of 1.5 to 35 kg are called special products.

B. Special siliceous products. Where the ratio of the external dimensions is within the range of 1:6, and it has no more than 4 concave angles (including arc-shaped concave angles), or has an acute angle of 50°~30°, or has no more than 4 Grooves, or silicon products with no more than one hole and a weight of 1.5~25㎏ are called special products.

C. Special magnesia products. Where the ratio of the external dimensions is within the range of 1:8, and has no more than 4 concave angles (including arc-shaped concave angles), or has an acute angle of 30°~50°, or has no more than 4 Grooves or magnesium products with no more than 3 holes and a weight of 3~35㎏ are called special products.
