Liaoning Hongyu Refractory Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is a magnesium refractory material production enterprise integrating mining, raw material production, and finished product processing. Located in Dashiqiao City, Liaoning Province, known as the "Magnesium Capital of China", the group currently has six subsidiaries and employs over 1,300 people.

Possessing a mine, the company has proven magnesium ore reserves of approximately 37 million tons according to "Liaoning Natural Resources Reserve Document [2019] No. 171, Liaoning Land and Resources Reserve Document [2012] No. 099, Liaoning Natural Resources Reserve Document [2020] No. 001, and Liaoning Natural Resources Reserve Document [2019] No. 117". The annual mining output is 300,000 tons, with 8 light-burned magnesium sintering kilns, 4 heavy-burned magnesium sintering kilns, 2 medium-grade magnesia sintering kilns, 24 fused magnesium sintering furnaces, and equipped with 2 66 kV substations. There are 3 magnesium carbon brick production plants, 4 high-temperature tunnel kilns at 1850°C, and 2 nickel-iron submerged arc furnaces.

The company is equipped with two 2500-ton and four 2000-ton Rhys hydraulic brick presses, as well as over 30 other friction brick presses and electric brick presses. Additionally, it is outfitted with a powerful sand mixer. The group primarily produces shaped and unshaped refractory materials, with an annual production capacity exceeding 300,000 tons, including over 150,000 tons of shaped refractory materials and over 150,000 tons of unshaped refractory materials.

With advanced refractory material manufacturing technology, production equipment, and inspection instruments, coupled with scientific management methods and a comprehensive quality control system, our company is able to design and produce refractory materials for high-temperature applications in steel, building materials, nonferrous metals, and other industries, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

The group regards product quality as its lifeblood and has invested heavily to establish a testing center. It has introduced numerous internationally advanced quality testing equipment, such as the German Bruker S8 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and high-frequency melting machine. Additionally, a comprehensive quality control system has been established, ensuring that all incoming materials and finished products undergo rigorous testing to guarantee the excellent quality of all Hongyu products.

Hongyu Group is one of the largest domestic suppliers of refractory materials for industrial kilns, offering comprehensive "online services" encompassing material design, research and development, manufacturing, supporting, installation, and maintenance. It is also one of the largest refractory material production suppliers in China, offering a full range of refractory materials for steel applications. The company has made breakthrough progress in the development of refractory materials for blast furnaces, electric furnaces, converters, steel ladles, tundishes, industrial furnaces, non-ferrous metal smelting, and kilns in the building materials industry.
